Starters
- Traditional vegetable broth served with our own Guinness wheaten bread
- Prawns served on a mix leaf salad, Marie Rose sauce and our own Guinness wheaten bread
- Breaded mushrooms with salad and garlic dip
Main Courses
- Traditional roast turkey, ham and stuffing, cocktail sausages with red-wine onion gravy
- Traditional roast beef served with red-wine onion gravy and Yorkshire pudding
- Chicken fillet served on a herb stuffing with a brandy peppercorn cream sauce
- Baked cod fillet, served with white-wine prawn cream sauce
- Grilled sirloin steak, served with tomato, buttered mushrooms and brandy peppercorn cream sauce (Steak supplement £5.00)
All with fresh sprouts, honey roast carrots, roast potato, mash, home-cut chips (Served separately)

A booking is only secured by a £10 deposit per person. The balance and pre-order is to be paid a week in advance. We do not accept cancellations after confirmation.
Christmas Day Menu

Starters
- Cream of winter vegetable soup served with herb croutons and basil cream
- Smoked salmon, Atlantic prawns, deep fried capers and Jack Daniels Marie Rose sauce
- Mini chicken kebabs marinated in hoi sin, served on a pickle and ginger salad
- Crispy crumbed brie served on a mixed berry compote
Main Courses
- Traditional roast turkey, ham and stuffing with chipolatas and pan gravy
- Duo of beef -12 hr braised centre cut of beef, 4 week dry hung rib eye steak cooked to your liking, Yorkshire pudding and caramelised onion gravy
- Pan fried fillet of salmon, cream prawn sauce and curly kale
- Lamb shank slow roasted with red wine, shallots and vegetables, served with a reduction jus
All served with fresh sprouts, honey roast carrots and parsnip, roast potato, mash, chipped potato (Served separately)

Any dietary requirement must be given prior to booking, menu choices can be adapted to suit. Bookings are only confirmed with a deposit of £10 per person. Bookings must be paid in advance by 1st December with a pre-order.

- Tender slow-roasted pork ribs coated in a BBQ sauce and served with a side of salad garnish
- Atlantic prawns, Jack Daniels Marie Rose sauce served with a side of salad garnish, homemade Guinness wheaten bread
- Crispy crumbed brie served on a mixed berry compote
Main Courses
- Traditional roast turkey, ham and stuffing with chipolatas and pan gravy
- Braised beef - 12 hr braised centre cut of silver side, Yorkshire pudding and caramelised onion gravy
- Pan fried fillet of salmon, cream prawn sauce and curly kale
- Lamb shank slow roasted with red wine, shallots and vegetables, served with a reduction jus
- Supreme of chicken served on stuffing with a cream bacon and mushroom sauce

- Traditional Chicken Curry: Tender pan-fried chicken fillets in a rich, aromatic curry sauce made with traditional spices. Served with basmati rice and onion bhaji.
- 10oz Prime Sirloin Steak: A locally sourced, prime cut sirloin, cooked to your liking, and served with onion rings, grilled tomato, and a brandy peppercorn cream sauce and home-cut chips. (£5 supplement)
- Chicken Bang Bang: Madras marinated chicken fillets, grilled and nestled on a bed of soft, warm pitta, served with a Thai chilli dip, and a side of home-cut chips.
- Beef Stroganoff: Tender strips of pan fried beef with onions and mushrooms, finished in a French mustard and garlic cream sauce, served with basmati rice and garlic bread.

- Sticky Toffee Pudding: Homemade sweet sponge smothered in a rich and velvety toffee alcohol - free Bushmills whiskey sauce, served with a scoop of ice cream
- Chocolate Cake & Ice Cream: Melted rich chocolate cake with triple layer chocolate ganache and a scoop of ice cream
- Malteser Melt: A triple scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a drizzle of Bushmills whiskey and toffee sauce, Maltesers, and a dollop of fresh cream
